I can’t say enough good things about Clearview Power Washing. The owners themselves came out to do the job, and you can tell right away how much pride they take in their work. They were very friendly as well as upfront and honest about pricing from the start — no hidden fees, no upselling, no games. They don’t overcharge just to make a buck; they genuinely want the customer to be happy.
They made my home look incredible. The siding looks brighter and cleaner than it has in years. And the gutters are completely debris free. They even took a video to show me the finished gutters. It’s rare to find a company that combines great results with real integrity, but Clearview Power Washing does exactly that. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for quality work from people who truly care.

Restored our siding back to new! Crew showed up on time. Price was fair. Transparent communication the entire time. The siding of our house looks like the day it was installed. And I really appreciated that there was non chemical option's. Already booked my appointment for the spring to have my patio and deck serviced.

Like other folks on here we’d been thinking about pressure washing, had been slow to make it happen, and decided to take a leap of faith and call the number on the red signs. Clear View provided an incredible overall service experience and did a fantastic job with the work. Tyler and Jake did essentially our entire property - house (painted clapboard), cement patio, brick, asphalt driveway, and pvc plastic fencing and railings, and every part of our home looks better than we knew possible. They took the time to do a careful, thorough job to the extent you could tell they wanted to get it right, were thoughtful about which products and pressures to use on the various materials, and came back a second day when they ran out of time on day 1 because our little kids were starting bedtime and they wanted to be considerate - that’s how late they stayed! It’s a young local (Salem/Marblehead /Swampscott) company owned and operated by a couple guys eager to hustle and make a good impression to grow their business, and it felt good to support them as they do so. I didn’t do a good job taking before and after pics but I will include one showing our wooden fence that looks literally brand new. Can’t recommend their company enough!Also, extremely reasonable price for the amount and quality of work they did.
Jake came to pressure wash our vinyl siding in Beverly, and was incredibly professional and thorough. The siding looks beautiful. He stayed in contact with us during the booking process, arrived on time and did an excellent job. We will continue to call Jake for exterior maintenance in the upcoming years.

We highly recommend ClearView! We needed someone to remove moss from our roof and power wash specific areas of the house and the quote we received from ClearView was by far the lowest one we received and the work was excellent. They were also efficient and extremely responsive. We will definitely use ClearView again in the future!

I called Jake at ClearView Pressure Washing on the recommendation of my contractor; I am so happy I did. The previous gutter cleaning franchise I have been using for years recommended a full roof cleaning after my last gutter cleaning - and I decided I needed another opinion. SO GLAD I made an appointment with ClearView. As other reviewers have said, they are highly professional, polite, reliable, fair and HONEST. Their services are transparent and they distinguish between what they can do and what actually needs to be done, leaving me (the homeowner) with a feeling of trust in their recommendations. Prices are reasonable yet competitive and very fair. I am excited to have a reliable, local professional to take care of the outside of my home. I drove by one of their signs and was curious so I shot them a call. These guys were incredibly professional. Very flexible, extremely fair pricing, and worked with all the requests I gave them.
